Running from God

What is the furthest distance you've ever run? If we were to ask Jonah this question, he'd tell us he sought to run (to sail) 2500 miles. If we were to ask him what he was running from, he'd give us one answer: God. Have you been there? Are you there today? In this message we discover why Jonah was attempting to run from God. Perhaps you can relate. Perhaps you'll stop long enough today to listen to what God wants to say to you.

From Series: "Jonah - The God Who Loves Enemies"

We've all heard the story of "Jonah and the Whale", but do you know God's message in the story of Jonah? It's a message not only to the people in the great city of Nineveh, it's a message to all people today: God Loves Enemies! In this five week series, we'll discover how we often behave like Jonah and why we must recognize we're all sinners in need of Savior. That Savior is Christ and in Him, we'll learn how we can go from being an enemy of God to being His friend.
