Serve at Grace Hills Church
We desire that every member of Grace Hills Church would be committed to joyfully serve. We encourage believers to use their gifts in various ministries and teams. Every act of service matters, serves the body, and strengthens the church. We aim to be a community marked by humility, generosity, and Christlike service, displaying the love of Jesus in tangible ways.

Opportunities to Serve
Grace Kids
Serve as a teacher or helper for children ages birth- 5th grade. Grace Kids runs Sunday School (Sundays at 10:00am) and Wednesday night programming following the Life Group schedule. Volunteers are required to be background checked and receive LiveScan verification prior to serving.
Deaconess Ministry
Our deaconesses serve the women of the church by providing support and encouragement through prayer and personal relationships with the women assigned to them.
Facilities Ministry
Assist the maintenance and upkeep of the church facility and campus. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Help with cleaning and organizing areas of the church.
Greeters Team
Serve as one of the first people to welcome others into church on Sunday morning. This ministry is designed so that everyone who walks through the doors of our church feels welcome!
Grief Share Team
Grief Share is a network of churches, worldwide, equipped to offer grief support groups.
Hospitality Team
The hospitality ministry is responsible for setting up coffee, snacks, etc. and cleaning after Sunday morning fellowship time and other special events.
Life Groups
Life Groups meet weekly in various locations around our community as we walk through sermon based studies to dive into God’s word, pray, and walk through life together. Leaders, co-leaders, and group hosts are needed!
Media Ministry
Have skills in photography or videography? The Media Ministry plays a vital role in telling the story of Grace Hills Church by documenting events that showcase our welcoming and fellowship-driven community.
Men’s Ministry Team
Men’s Ministry’s main gathering is every third Saturday of the month where the men of Grace Hills Church gather for breakfast and hear a speaker. We welcome volunteers to be speakers, cooks, kitchen helpers, and car-pool drivers.
Missions Team
Members of this team function as the liasons between our church and the missionaries and ministries Grace Hills supports around the globe.
Security Team
The Security Team is comprised of able bodied Men and Women who watch and observe during Sunday morning services and during special events.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry pairs trained church members with those in the church or community who are homebound, struggling, or going through a difficult time. Training happens periodically throughout the year for new Stephen Ministers.
Tech & Production Team
This behind-the-scenes team helps make Sunday services possible. Roles include slides operator and sound. Volunteers are trained and scheduled based on their availability.
Women’s Ministry Team
Roles for Women’s Ministry include Table-Leadership Team, Hospitality Team, Craft Team, and Event Planning Team.
Worship Ministry
We welcome instrumentalists (guitar, bass, drums, piano/keys, etc.) and vocalists or various skill level on an audition basis to serve in our worship ministry.
Grace Youth Ministry
Youth Leaders are needed to love, guide, and support the students under their care on Wednesday nights throughout the year.
